Shipping Policy

We proudly offer delivery via DHL, UPS or other reliable couriers! Please note that on average, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to complete your order before it is shipped. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country or region. Please consider that any peak seasons (such as BFCM), holidays, natural disasters or epidemics may affect delivery times.

For Pre-Order or Backordered Items:

If your order contains pre-ordered or backordered merchandise, we will ship the pre-ordered or backordered merchandise immediately and ship the pre-ordered or backordered merchandise as soon as it becomes available. So, if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don’t worry, you’ll receive the others soon.

Track your order:

If you have provided a cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track your package’s journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please take clear photos of some of the circumstances and contact us within 7 days at Robbylu@yeah.net We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend that you check the appearance of the item and all other necessary parts upon receipt of your order and contact us within 7 days if you find any problems. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in replacing incorrect/defective items or reshipping missing accessories.
